Beat Knecht is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of Zattoo. Prior to co-founding Zattoo, Beat built banking, HR, and datacenter automation software for large banks, enterprise software providers and a Silicon Valley startup and served as associate partner at a strategy consulting firm. Beat holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California (Berkeley) and received his MBA at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland |

Adrian Bult has been a member of the board of Zattoo since 2010. Since 2007 Adrian has been COO at Avaloq Evolution AG and has also been General Manager of Central & Eastern Europe there since 2011. In his early career, Adrian held various positions at IBM Switzerland. After that he was an IT director for Telecom PTT and CIO Swisscom, CEO Swisscom Fixnet and member of the executive board at Swisscom AG and CEO Swisscom Mobile. Adrian is also a member of the board of Avaloq Evolution AG, Swissgrid AG, Switzerland, Swissquote, Switzerland and Versatel Holding, Germany. Adrian holds a MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of St. Gallen. |

Dr. Markus Dennler has been a member of the board of Zattoo since 2009. Markus is the president of the board of Implenia, a member of the board of Swissquote Holding AG and Petroplus Holdings AG, vice president of Allianz Suisse as well as a councillor on the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. After working in a law office, Markus moved on to what is now the Credit Suisse Group and became a member of the executive board of Credit Suisse Financial Services in 2000. At the beginning of 2005 Markus went independent as a lawyer in Zurich. Markus holds a doctorate in law from the University of Zurich and he was admitted to the Bar of Zurich. He also attended the International Bankers School in New York and the Harvard Business School in Boston. |

Heinz Rehmann has been a member of the board of Zattoo since 2009. Currently, Heinz is a member of the board of five companies of the Schober Group. During the last 29 years he was a member of the board of Schober Information Group and he was responsible for Schober International. His main focus was on the development and expansion of all Schober activities outside Germany. |
