Beat Knecht ist Mitgründer und Verwaltungsratspräsident von Zattoo. Vor der Mitbegründung von Zattoo war Beat beim Aufbau von Banking, HR und Datacenter Automatisierungssoftware für Banken, Softwarehersteller sowie einem Startupunternehmen in San Francisco beteiligt. Zuvor war er als Geschäftspartner bei einem Managementberatungsunternehmen tätig. Beat erwarb seinen BA-Abschluss in Informatik an der University of California (Berkeley) und seinen MBA an der IMD in Lausanne. |

Adrian Bult ist seit 2010 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates bei Zattoo. Er schloss sein Studium 1983 an der Universität St. Gallen mit einem MBA in Betriebswirtschaft und Marketing ab. In seiner beruflichen Laufbahn hatte er verschiedene Positionen bei der IBM Schweiz (1984-1997), war Leiter Informatik Telecom PTT und CIO Swisscom (1997-2000), CEO Swisscom Fixnet (2001-2006) und Mitglied der Konzernleitung der Swisscom AG, CEO Swisscom Mobile (2006-2007). Seit 2007 ist er COO der Avaloq Evolution AG und seit 2011 General Manager von Central & Eastern Europe sowie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung von Avaloq Evolution AG, sowie Verwaltungsrat von Swissgrid AG, Schweiz (seit 2007), Swissquote, Schweiz (seit 2008) und Versatel Holding, Deutschland (seit 2008). |

Dr. Markus Dennler ist seit 2009 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates bei Zattoo. Er schloss sein Studium an der Universität Zürich mit dem Doktor der Jurisprudenz ab und erhielt das Anwaltspatent in Zürich. Er besuchte die International Bankers School in New York und die Harvard Business School in Boston. Herr Dennler ist Verwaltungsratspräsident der Implenia, Mitglied der Verwaltungsräte der Swissquote Holding AG, der Petroplus Holdings AG und Vizepräsident der Allianz Suisse sowie Vorstandsmitglied der British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. Er trat 1986 in die Credit Suisse Group ein und wurde im Jahr 2000 Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Credit Suisse Financial Services. Anfang 2005 machte er sich in Zürich als Rechtsanwalt selbstständig. |

Heinz Rehmann ist seit 2009 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates bei Zattoo. Während den letzten 29 Jahren war er Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der Schober Information Group und verantwortlich für Schober International. Er fokussierte sich hauptsächlich an der Entwicklung und Expansion von allen Schober Aktivitäten ausserhalb Deutschland. Zum heutigen Zeitpunkt ist er Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates in fünf Unternehmen der Schober Group. |

Prior to co-founding Zattoo, Beat built banking, HR, and datacenter automation software for large banks, enterprise software providers and a Silicon Valley startup and served as associate partner at a strategy consulting firm. Beat holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California (Berkeley) and received his MBA at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland |

Adrian Bult has been a member of the board of Zattoo since 2010. Since 2007 Adrian has been COO at Avaloq Evolution AG and has also been General Manager of Central & Eastern Europe there since 2011. In his early career, Adrian held various positions at IBM Switzerland. After that he was an IT director for Telecom PTT and CIO Swisscom, CEO Swisscom Fixnet and member of the executive board at Swisscom AG and CEO Swisscom Mobile. Adrian is also a member of the board of Avaloq Evolution AG, Swissgrid AG, Switzerland, Swissquote, Switzerland and Versatel Holding, Germany. Adrian holds a MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of St. Gallen. |

Dr. Markus Dennler has been a member of the board of Zattoo since 2009. Markus is the president of the board of Implenia, a member of the board of Swissquote Holding AG and Petroplus Holdings AG, vice president of Allianz Suisse as well as a councillor on the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce. After working in a law office, Markus moved on to what is now the Credit Suisse Group and became a member of the executive board of Credit Suisse Financial Services in 2000. At the beginning of 2005 Markus went independent as a lawyer in Zurich. Markus holds a doctorate in law from the University of Zurich and he was admitted to the Bar of Zurich. He also attended the International Bankers School in New York and the Harvard Business School in Boston. |

During the last 29 years he was a member of the board of Schober Information Group and he was responsible for Schober International. His main focus was on the development and expansion of all Schober activities outside Germany. |
